My name's Kolby and I am a Level 3 Certified CrossFit Trainer. My focus recently is honing my skills as a coach and health expert. I have been creating my own General Physical Preparedness (GPP) program for quite a while now. Sign up for access to workouts via True Coach 5 days a week. It is tailored towards the everyday athlete who may not spend hours in the gym but likes getting a great workout in and enjoys new challenges and learning new skills. This is an option for a simpler home gym, you will need minimal equipment to get these workouts done. Workouts are sent out every Sunday and you are encouraged to share your scores and be a part of our Private Facebook Group. Remote programming offers an affordable fitness plan tailored to help you reach your specific goals. We use our GPP model to directly scale and modify workouts to suite YOUR needs, YOUR skill level, YOUR fitness level. No need for previous exercise experience. BEST if you need guidance in your daily fitness routine, personal remote programs are personalized to your health and fitness goals. A typical Personal Remote Program package includes: 

  • 12 workouts, constantly varied functional movement (3 days/week per month)

  • Two 30 min goals sessions, pre-assessment and evaluation of midway progress

  • Flexible to your available resources - the space and equipment you want to use (home space/ gym access)

  • Online software through FitBot including exercise prescription plan and space to record your progress, messaging, workout reminders, and TONs of movement demonstrations

Coach interaction: Weekly to a few times a week

Total Wellness Programs have a different focus. We look at 3 areas of your life: nutrition, fitness, and stress and evaluate where you can make improvements and implement a plan to get you on the road to better health. You exercise regularly but don't eat like you want to? Or you seem to be in a constant state of stress and no matter what you do you can't figure out how to find time to do the things you want to. Every one of these programs is specific to you and includes the following:

  • Health assessment, covering 3 major areas

  • Physical pre-test, and 30 minute goal setting session

  • 3 month commitment to program with specific focuses

  • Weekly check-ins to monitor progress

  • Easy to implement strategies for goal accomplishment
